This section is about exploring mental health and well-being from multiple perspectives. While I may primarily discuss it through a psychiatric lens, I’ll also bring in non-psychiatric viewpoints, including unconventional and atypical ideas that may seem far from science but still hold meaning for the community or at least a part of it, no matter how small.
A key focus will be on everyday topics that impact our mental well-being, often in ways we don’t even realise. Drawing from psychiatry, psychology, philosophy, lived experience, and lived expertise, I want to spark discussions that make us curious, without judgment or rigid labels and beyond the usual boundaries of “classy” topics.
